Tilitonse Foundation recently launched its 2026–2031 Strategic Plan, and Project4 delivered the design work behind it. It’s not the first strategic publication we’ve helped Tilitonse bring to life. Each brief comes with the same instruction: turn this into something people will actually pick up, read, and reference.

What We Designed
A strategic plan launch is a set of touchpoints that all speak the same visual language, from the formal document itself to what the public sees in the local media. For this launch, Project4 handled three:
The Flagship Publication. The strategic plan booklet itself, the core document that will guide Tilitonse’s work through 2031. We designed a clean, impactful layout built to be read cover to cover by funders and partners, and referenced page by page by Tilitonse’s own team.
The Launch Experience. First impressions matter on launch day. We designed the official event programme, setting the tone for the room before a single speech was given.
The Public Narrative. A strategic plan only matters if people outside the organisation know it exists. We designed a newspaper centrespread to carry the event’s highlights and key takeaways for the wider public to engage with.
Three different formats, one launch — the booklet, the programme and the centrespread all needed to read as part of the same body of work, so the visual language stayed consistent across all three.

A Partnership We’re Proud Of
Tilitonse Foundation has been a Project4 client for close to eight years, and this strategic plan is the latest project in that run. We’re proud to be their design solutions partner, and we’re looking forward to what the next five years bring.
